Gregory “Skip” Gozzo — 

Director of All Operations and Chairman of the Board of Directors

Gregory “Skip” Gozzo, founder of Gozzo Estate Homes, has an exceptional past in designing and developing high-end luxury estates. Gozzo is recognized as one of America’s leading estate builders. He has developed in multiple golf courses and yachting communities across the exclusive area of Jupiter, Florida and on the world-renowned island of Palm Beach, Florida. In particular, Gozzo Estate Homes is recognized as one of the most successful and influential residential developing companies in the history of Admirals Cove, a Country Club and yachting community located in Jupiter, Florida. In the 1990s, Gozzo took his company out west to the heights of Aspen, Colorado where he continued his building expertise and ingenuity.

For the past 35 years, Gozzo has consistently received regional and national awards for his work. These awards include Prism, Aurora, and Best in American Living honors to mention a few. Gozzo was also named one of the top ten luxury builders in America by The National Association of Home Builder’s most prestigious trade publications five different times. The estates of Gozzo Estate Homeshave been featured in local, regional, and nationwide publications. With meticulous attention to every detail Gozzo, prides himself on his exceptional skill in first locating the most unique trophy properties and then carefully crafting and constructing them into the most exquisite residential residences available. A builder in Palm Beach County since 1985, Gozzo has built over 60 custom luxury estates resulting in sales of over 500 million dollars.

Dr. George C. Peck Senior 

Co-Founder

George C. Peck Sr. MD is a retired Surgeon with over 50 years of experience in owning and operating multiple assisted living/memory care facilities, skilled nursing facilities, ambulatory surgery centers, and medical office buildings in New Jersey and South Florida. Dr. Peck Sr. wrote numerous medical textbooks, scientific journal articles and lectured throughout the world. As a result of his talent and reputation, Dr. Peck Sr. was elected and served as the President of the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery in the healthcare industry.

Jonathan E. Gozzo —

Managing Partner

Jonathan E. Gozzo earned a degree in Finance at Texas Christian University’s Neeley School of Business. Jon plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations by cultivating a vibrant and positive culture throughout the community amongst all staff members. From dining to individualized resident care to life enrichment, Jon instills his “second to none” philosophy throughout the community and ensures that you or your loved one will experience nothing but excellence at Courtyard Gardens.

Gregory J. Gozzo —

Gregory J. Gozzo earned an artium baccalaureus in the field of Psychology from Harvard University, and lettered on the men’s varsity ice hockey team during his four undergraduate years. Greg utilizes his leadership skills in overseeing all management and staff to ensure you or your loved one are benefiting from all facets of our five star experience. Our residents are our number one priority at Courtyard Gardens – Greg brings this attention to the forefront of all management and staff members.

Sheila Alliston

Executive Administrator

Sheila has been a licensed nurse for over 17 years, particularly specializing in Senior Living. Most of her career, Sheila has served as an Executive Director caring for the senior population in Assisted Living and Memory Care communities across the state of Florida. Her extensive clinical experience and management skills drive top-notch quality and individualized resident care. Sheila’s passion for her residents continues to be focused on meeting each resident’s individualized care, nutritional, spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical needs. She believes that knowledge is power and believes in educating seniors to promote independence through socialization, not isolation. Sheila leads the community with an inspirational leadership style with a vision of delivering excellent customer service and a high standard of care.

Paige Stumpf—

Food and Beverage Director and Executive Chef

Courtyard Gardens Senior Living is pleased to welcome Paige Stumpf as our Food and Beverage Director and Executive Chef. Paige graduated from Kansas State University in 2007 with a bachelor of science in Food Science and Industry. She then decided to take her passion for food further, and enrolled in culinary school and was accepted into the Culinary Institute of America, in Hyde Park, NY, widely recognized as one of the best culinary schools in the world,

During her three years there, Paige honed her culinary skills by learning from many of the best chefs in the industry including celebrity chefs Danielle Boulud, Richard Blaze, and Anthony Bourdain. After graduating at the top of her class in 2010, Paige moved to Florida and has been a part of numerous upscale events including a private dinner party for Aretha Franklin in Boca Raton FL, and hosting a wine and dinner pairing for the owners of Concannon Wineries in Wilton Manors FL, among others.

Paige also had the privilege of working side by side with one of the highly regarded chef Gordon Ramsey’s previous sous chefs in Ft Lauderdale, FL. Paige has a very diverse background in food and a great love of people. We are excited to have her join our team at Courtyard Gardens Senior Living.
